Annual Meeting

The World Missions Committee meets at the AFLC annual conference. See the list bellow for more information to be prepared for that meeting.

Responsibilities of Members.

(1.) Provide general oversight of corporate affairs of the Corporation.

(2.) Elect Members of the Corporation, Officers of the Corporation, and the
Corporation’s Board.

(3.) Receive the Presidents report, the Chairman of the Board’s report.

(4.) Receive the Treasurer’s report.

(5.) Approve an annual budget submitted by the Board.

(6.) Transact all old & new business as may come before the Corporation’s
annual meeting.

(7.) Regularly engage and participate in activities that benefit the Corporation,
as well as further the Corporation’s mission and purpose.
