Paul Abel's 
 
Pastor Paul and Becky Abel and their children, Joanna, Christina, Andrew and Matthew, serve AFLC World Missions in Curitiba, Parana, Brazil.   Their daughters Joanna and Christina are now married and live in Brazil.  Andrew and Matthew are studying in the USA.  Since 1985, they have established three churches in suburbs of this large city, as well as the Brazil ARCA retreat center, where they now make their home.  Recently Paul and Becky are rejoicing in the dedication of a fourth church in the suburb of Campo Largo.

  • Paul:(October 18) carpentering, woodworking, remodeling
  • Becky:(October 6) Creative memories scrap booking, music
  • Joanna: (September 22, 1982) scrap booking, music
  • Christiana: (November 18, 1984) singing & music, friends
  • Andrew: (June 26, 1987) guitar & drums, electronics
  • Matthew: (September 29, 1989) horses, flute

Prayer Concerns:

  • Ministry among mothers & infants & their salvation: evangelism opportunities
  • The faithful commitment of members to our churches emotional and spiritual stability.
  • Christina going to college in Brazil.
  • Pray for Paul as he supervises the missionary work in Curitiba and reaches out to other Free Lutheran Congregations through special weekend courses.
  • For saftey and health while traveling.
